They are gathering the evidence now and preparing to appropriate legal briefs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\"><strong>Attorney General William Barr has just authorized federal prosecutors across the country to &#8220;pursue substantial allegations&#8221; of voting irregularities. He states, &#8220;I authorize you to pursue substantial allegations of voting and vote tabulation irregularities prior to the certification of elections in your jurisdictions in certain cases, as I have already done in specific instances. Such inquiries and reviews may be conducted if there are clear and apparently credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.&#8221; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\"><strong>There are TONS of &#8220;substantial allegations&#8221; and Barr is handing the investigations over to the top state prosecutors to bypass the &#8220;do nothing&#8221; district attorneys in the Democratic controlled cities where the fraud was most widespread.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\"><strong>Barr&#8217;s actions are a BIG move in the right direction for President Trump.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\"><strong>Here is another action for Trump directed at the Supreme Court:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"newsarticle\" style=\"overflow: hidden;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">A group of 10 attorneys general on Monday filed an amicus brief in support of a lawsuit from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-pennsylvania\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pennsylvania<\/a> Republicans and asked the U.S. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-supreme-court\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Supreme Court<\/a> to overturn a ruling that extended the deadline for mail-in ballots in the state. Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, who led the amicus brief, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=llEbxZdLw5Q\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">said<\/a> that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court had rewritten the law and encroached on the legislature&#8217;s authority when it ruled that mail-in ballots received a few days after the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-election\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">election<\/a> can still be counted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">The Pennsylvania Supreme Court <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/pennsylvania-supreme-court-mail-in-ballots-received-by-nov-6-will-count-in-election_3503875.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ruled on Sept. 17<\/a> that election officials can accept all mail-in ballots, including absentee ballots, up to three days after Nov. 3, Election Day, citing the COVID-19 pandemic for the extension. Pennsylvania&#8217;s Republican leaders and state lawmakers, along with President Donald Trump&#8217;s campaign, have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to toss out Pennsylvania&#8217;s ruling and throw out all post-Election Day ballots. Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost also filed a separate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/ohio-ag-asks-us-supreme-court-to-overturn-pennsylvania-absentee-ballot-ruling_3572154.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">amicus brief<\/a> on Monday, and Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter is expected to file an amicus brief on Tuesday over the same case. The Supreme Court has yet to decide on whether to review the case.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">Amicus (friend of the court) briefs are a way for outside parties to provide information and perspective to a legal case. Schmitt was joined by nine other Republican attorneys general representing the states of Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Texas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\"><strong>Just because the News Media announced Joe Biden as the 46th President. Most states must be done by the end of November, but temporary restraining orders (TRO&#8217;s) and injunctions can be issued by judges to override deadlines when there are issues of fact in legal claims and evidence supporting extending the election certification deadlines.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>President Trump is filing litigation over numerous issues of voter irregularities, fraud, illegal changes in the voter rules, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I believe the Trump legal team should demand a FORENSIC BALLOT AUDIT. Much like a forensic financial audit, where every financial item is not only verified, but the authenticity and paper trail of the item is also determined, so must EACH AND EVERY VOTE in a forensic ballot audit. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Starting with every vote in Pennsylvania, each vote should be forensically investigated, at a minimum, to determine the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\n<li><strong>Is the vote from a LIVE, IN STATE, REGISTERED VOTER? If not, throw it out.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Does the ballot have a signature that matches the voter registration card? If not, throw it out. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Is the vote the ONLY vote from an IN STATE, REGISTERED VOTER? If not, throw out ALL votes from that voter as the voter violated Federal Election Laws. Then arrest that voter and prosecute him or her for voter fraud.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Was the vote received or postmarked by November 3, 2020. If not, throw it out.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Was the vote received at the voter polling station by 8pm on November 3, postmarked or not? If not, throw it out. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Was the vote tampered with, illegible, or marked in any manner that does not demonstrate a clear vote for either candidate? If so, throw it out. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Did the vote as marked, actually record for the proper candidate when entered in the electronic scanner? If not, take a vote away from the candidate who received the improper credit and credit the proper candidate.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>ALL votes received AFTER 8pm on November 3 in &#8220;dumps&#8221; must be sourced back to the original location that they came from and individuals involved in delivering the &#8220;dumps&#8221; must be questioned intensely to determine who was behind the dumping of votes in the wee hours of the morning on November 4 and beyond. This was premeditated fraud&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"newsarticle\" style=\"overflow: hidden;\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-9993\" src=\"https:\/\/ignatius-piazza-front-sight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/cbs-news-515x78.jpg\" alt=\"CBS News\" width=\"515\" height=\"78\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ignatius-piazza-front-sight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/cbs-news-515x78.jpg 515w, https:\/\/ignatius-piazza-front-sight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/cbs-news.jpg 698w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 515px) 100vw, 515px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Washington<\/em> \u2014 With Election Day 50 days away, the 2020 election battle is being waged not only on the campaign trail, but also in courtrooms around the country, as efforts to alter voting procedures during the coronavirus pandemic have spawned a barrage of legal challenges and left the presidential campaigns amassing armies of lawyers ready to fight after the ballots are cast.<\/p>\n<p>As of August 31, there have been at least 245 coronavirus election cases filed in 45 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, according to Justin Levitt, a professor at Loyola Law School, who has been <a href=\"https:\/\/electionlawblog.org\/?p=111962\">tracking the disputes<\/a> that seek to shape the election rules. He says he started counting the cases a few months ago. Now, he writes, &#8220;I&#8217;ve tracked quite a lot of them. (And I&#8217;m 100% sure I&#8217;m missing some.)&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Election law experts say each cycle tends to bring with it an uptick in new lawsuits, but this year is unique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>One of the biggest and most recognized illegal and fraudulent change in the voting rules is in Pennsylvania, where Democrats, who could not get the legislature to change the rules, went to the Pennsylvania courts to illegally change the voting rules. Only the Pennsylvania legislature can make changes to voting rules. This was already in front of the US Supreme Court to decide the merits of the case, but Justice Roberts with only 8 justices on the Court, kicked the can down the road, hoping it would not be an issue that the Supreme Court would need to decide. Well NOW, they will need to decide it with a 6-3 conservative Court. The Supreme Court will be deciding MANY other cases related to this fraudulent election as well.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>And here is the an example of what happens when Democrats fraudulently mail out TONS of unsolicited ballots and remove signature matching requirements. People who have died but are still on registration rolls receive ballots mailed to their last known address. People who have moved out of state, but a ballot is sent to their last known address. MULTIPLE ballots being sent to the same person. What happens in this fraudulent situation? LEGAL VOTES ARE NULLIFIED BY ALL THE ILLEGAL VOTES MAILED IN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>And then there is the Technology Fraud of this election. Think this was an accident? The Head of the Republican Party has asked for an additional 47 counties be recounted after the fix since these 47 counties also use the same Dominion software.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A so-called computer glitch has been uncovered in Michigan today and it resulted in swapping 6,000 votes from Joe Biden to President Trump.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/AydjQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Dominion Software<\/strong><\/a> is used in 28 US states including ALL OF THE BATTLEGROUND STATES.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Dominion software &#8220;glitch&#8221; ONLY took votes from President Trump and Republicans.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dominion is used in 30 different states.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ignatius-piazza-front-sight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/us-footprint.jpg\" alt=\"FS Image\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Dominion is used in EVERY SWING STATE!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nevada<\/li>\n<li>Arizona<\/li>\n<li>Minnesota<\/li>\n<li>Michigan<\/li>\n<li>Wisconsin<\/li>\n<li>Georgia<\/li>\n<li>Pennsylvania<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And NUMEROUS COUNTIES in Georgia also used the software!!<\/p>\n<p><strong>This is turning into a MASSIVE scandal!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Democrats thought this &#8220;glitch&#8221; would be enough to beat Donald Trump.<br \/>\nThey had no idea he would have the greatest landslide and vote totals in US history!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em; background: #FF0;\"><strong>So then they had to dump Hundreds of Thousands of ballots in to the swing states they lost!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>The fraud of the ballot dumping is best demonstrated by the statistical IMPOSSIBILITY of 100% of the votes in the late night, after election day has passed ballot dumps going to Joe Biden. Besides writing occasional gun articles, I use these skills every day for Green Energy Consulting.<\/p>\n<p>When I saw reports that a block of 2020 Presidential absentee ballots turned up all 100% for Biden, a so-called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/factcheck\/2020\/11\/04\/fact-check-typo-led-false-post-michigan-votes-biden\/6164385002\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;error&#8221; that was later corrected<\/a> when called out by conservative reporters; I asked the question, is that likely or even mathematically possible?<\/p>\n<p><strong>The answer is simple NO; it is not. <\/strong>So here&#8217;s why and how you calculated the estimates.<\/p>\n<p>Consider a coin; you flip it, what are the odds that it would come up heads. Well, 50\/50, right? The chance of two heads in a row is 25% Three heads in a row 1 in 8. The possible patterns look like this. <em>(H stands for heads, T for tails)<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>HHH<\/li>\n<li>HHT<\/li>\n<li>HTT<\/li>\n<li>HTH<\/li>\n<li>THH<\/li>\n<li>THT<\/li>\n<li>TTH<\/li>\n<li>TTT<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Only one of the eight possible options is all heads. Try it for yourself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assuming 139,339 &#8220;found&#8221; ballots, what are the odds that they are all for Biden, one of the worst candidates for President in our history?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First off, we have to weigh the chances of a Biden ballot. All early ballots mailed a week ago from a democratic stronghold. Let&#8217;s be generous and say 90% of those ballots are for Biden. (.80)139,339<\/p>\n<p>Now let&#8217;s make the math easy, how many times out of 100 ballots being pulled, given 90% of the ballets would be for Biden, would you get all Biden Ballots?<\/p>\n<p>2.65 times out of 100,000. Or 1 out of every 38,000 times. Now, this is just for 100 ballots. For 139,339 ballots, the odds are just about infinitesimal. So close to zero that the calculation has 1000+ zeros.<\/p>\n<p>If I use 1,000 ballots, the odds are 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000174787125172274 to 1.<\/p>\n<p>Printing out the odds number for 139.339 ballots would fill the page with zeros.<\/p>\n<p>Now consider this, we see lots of 10,000&#8217;s ballots bunches turn up, all for Biden in every democratically controlled state. The odds of 1,000 ballots all-for-one candidate are so close to zero as statistically impossible. (<em>The increases in the odds are geometric, not linear, by the way.<\/em>) The odds of 10,000 ballots, let alone 139,339 ballots are even worse.<\/p>\n<p>We are witness to the most incredible national effort at voter fraud in American History, and the people involved have no shame or remorse. Of course, he is going to claim this was just a slip of the tongue. REALLY?
