It seems everywhere I look, businesses big and small are cutting back, laying people off, as a result of a lack of confidence in the economy.<\/p>\n

Much like in the Marine Corps, where everybody is a rifleman first and then fills other specialty positions, at Front Sight everyone is a firearms instructor first, and then fills other specialty positions.<\/p>\n
So Front Sight is looking to hire firearms instructors.<\/p>\n

Sure, if you are already a retired military or law enforcement instructor we can easily train you technically to become a Front Sight Instructor, but there is much more to being part of the greatest instructional staff in the world than just having firearms experience. <\/p>\n
It is through our Instructor Development Program, we CREATE great firearms instructors from GREAT people.<\/p>\n
If you are what we are looking for, then we can train you to be a great instructor. If you already have firearms instruction experience, it just makes our job easier.<\/p>\n
