Refreshing voice for family safety

Hello Dr. Piazza,
I just wanted to drop you this little note to let you know how refreshing it is to hear your thoughts on how to keep yourself, family and friends from becoming prime targets for these criminals. I to believe it is important to be able to identify threat to your safety , before you are taken by surprise. I personally have been accused of being paranoid, until the day came when I spotted a suspicious person stalking a group of family members walking downtown Chicago. I turned and face this person and took my own threatening stand. This person quickly turned and ran down the nearest alley. Although I’ve probably have not been as diligent as I probably so be, I believe reading your reports has strengthened and renewed my awareness for the need to keep my family safe, at all cost,
