I’m sure you have heard the term “Father Knows Best!”
Well, here is a report just in from a father who attended a defensive handgun course with his 22 year old son…
Dr Piazza,
My son Brian(22) and I attended the Four Day Defensive Handgun Course April 24-27.
I wanted to say a very sincere “Thank You” for a truly incredible experience.
We couldn’t stop talking about our experience all the way home to San Diego (4+hr drive).
Not only was it extremely eye opening (we didn’t realize how much we didn’t know), but how can a father put a price on KNOWING that his son has the training and ability to, not only take care of himself and his family, but also to back me up if needed.
He and I both are now able to consistently deliver a controlled pair of shots to the targets thoracic cavity, 7-1/2 meters away, from a concealed holster in less than? two seconds.
Your training methods (Shooter/Coach) have already allowed us to work with each other and continue to perfect our dry-fire and malfunction clearing skills.
I want to let you know of the outstanding professionalism and attention we received from our Range Master and his instructor assistants.
Each one was like having a close friend/expert looking out for us and helping us work out the littlest details in our gun handling skills and with our form for function. We were in good hands indeed.
Thank You for providing such a memorable and enlightening experience at your resort. We are both looking forward to our return.
