Front Sight Mail Bag: I Pray for Peace but Plan for War
September 18th, 2010
Dr. Ignatius Piazza,
I love the reports and send them to family and friends all the time.
Every Monday I read your blog to my wife and 10 year old son to prepare them for the world.
We also have watched every one of the Front Sight Challenges — my son loves the ‘shoot house’.
I am a Private Investigator and Personal Protection Specialist. I have seen a lot of things just waiting & watching people, and the only thing I can say is when something happens it happens so FAST you only have seconds to react to it. Your reaction better be muscle memory.
I don’t leave the house with out my Glock 30 on my side in a Black Hawk Holster.
I pray for peace daily but prepare for war and I fire about 100 rounds a week minimum.
I agree and feel it is every American’s duty to arm, train and defend themselves and not depend on someone else to take care of them for the rest of their lives.
Anyway I could go on for pages but my wife and I are praying we will see you in 2011 for a four day defensive handgun class.
We are hoping to do it for our wedding anniversary in January. She loves to shoot and train more than me! She carries a Glock 27.
God bless you for all you do to get the word out.
Will R.
