Front Sight Mail Bag: I Plan to Return and Bring My Sons
November 15th, 2022
Dear Dr. Piazza,
I have to be honest, I did not want to attend Front Sight, even though my husband had been before, especially for 4 days, it seemed too intensive for me, but felt I needed to come with the situation of the world and ensuing violence, after we lost a member from our own congregation in the San Bernardino massacre. Indeed very close to home! I will tell my friends and family that I am so glad I went. I was afraid of my handgun, that my husband had bought me, but came home feeling I had accomplished much, now knowing I will be able to protect myself, friends and family if needed, but praying I will never have to. I plan to return for more training to Front Sight in the future, and hope to bring my adult children and even more members from our Congregation. We are developing a great security team for our Congregation; several of them came with us this trip! I am planning to sharpen my skills often, and even consider getting my own CCW, which I have never wanted in the past! I can strongly recommend Front Sight
to anyone who might be considering going, even if they have no experience with a handgun, as the training works with everyone at their own level. At least I did not have any bad habits I had to unlearn! Thank you all for providing a great, safe place to learn how to be prepared to protect myself and others in an increasingly violent world! Yes, I plan to return and bring my sons!
